Heavy Load

Two estranged brothers embark on a road trip through Southern Europe in order to bring the body of their late father back to Denmark. Even though Magnus was initially only included to get hold of his father’s Rolex watch, it becomes a journey that brings the two brothers closer together. Not least because they decide to transport their father’s body home on the roof box of a smart car, when Magnus refuses to pay 10,000 euros to have him sent home. This will put them in a lot of trouble with the police along the road. (The Norwegian International Film Festival)
