English I don't even think this is worth commenting on. All right, fine. Imagine the craziest humor, preferably English, you have ever encountered. And then imagine that the humor is standing on its head, bouncing backwards and pushing off the ground with its ears. That's roughly Monty Python's Flying Circus. It's genius, a masterpiece. And it's also a terrible bit of none-sense and disgustingness full of bizarre perversions and excremental shenanigans worthy of a fourth-rate intellectual with papers on his head.__My favorite Python: John Cleese.__My favorite sketch: Dennis Moore. English I tried watching this show when I was a teenager and it left me with nothing because I just couldn't get into it. Now I've been able to enjoy it to the fullest and I have to say that the crazy, absurd and dry humor suited me. Sure, there are awkward scenes, but there are also some absolutely brilliant scenes. The last series was weaker. ()

English Monty Python represents the same for humor as William Shakespeare does for theater. They shifted the perception of humor and expanded its boundaries like no one before or after them. Of course, their work, especially in these series, is very inconsistent due to constant exploration and creative passion. However, this does not change the fact that their originality and concentration of ideas surpass any of the current stars in the comedy genre. Additionally, it is necessary to realize that in their case, exceptional writing talent and acting, as well as directorial skills, were unusually combined. Overall impression: 95%. ()

English And now for something completely different... It’s hard to write something new about this fountain of genius spurting from an endless well of originality called Monty Python? Probably nothing, so I’ll just have a quick look in my online encyclopedia, which in the best possible link about Python says: xxx xxx xxx xxx That about sums it up. ()

English What to say about the Monty Python's Flying Circus sketches? Brilliant! Timeless! Incredibly funny! Unparalleled! I don't think anyone's ever come up with anything better. Granted, the last season wasn't as good as the previous three but considering that the series was made between 1969 and 1974 and it has been making me laugh out loud for almost thirty years, that's really saying something. The Pythons' humor is incredibly timeless and the lines from some of the sketches are perfectly applicable to everyday life. But now for something completely different... ()
