And even on a B-movie level, it is truly weak because the story is simply stupid, and we can't even talk about sci-fi here. This is just a patching of a classic template onto something that makes no sense. Yes, it creates a monster, yes, the monster destroys it. The logic is clearly given. It is all presented in simple and boring settings, just like the boring actors. At least the monster is properly grotesque for a while. ()
