Even for a B-movie, it's really weak, because the story is simply stupid and there's just no sci-fi here. This is just slapping a classic template onto something that makes no sense. Yes, they will create a monster, yes, the monster will destroy them. The logic is clearly given. The whole thing is presented in simple and boring sets, just like the boring actors. At least the monster is properly disgusting for a while. ()
