Another Reality

Agit, Ahmad, Parham, Kianush and Sinan. Five men with different backgrounds and ways of life, but with one thing in common: they are or were in structures of gangs and large families that often operate outside the law. Another Reality not only shows the outer structures of this world governed by its own rules, but also penetrates deeper into the protagonists’ lives. Whereas Ahmad tries to resist the lure of easy profits that he witnesses around him daily, Parham exchanges his life as a street gangster for that of a musician. (Locarno Festival)
