This documentary examines the period of normalisation from the invasion of troops in Czechoslovakia to the disintegration of the communist regime at the end of the 1980s, all from the completely unique perspective of the regime’s key figures. The film, thus, makes it possible to see what caused the dissolution of the authoritarian system directly through the eyes of the ruling class itself.
