A psychiatrist who specializes in attempted suicides. His interviews with the patients decide which ones will be released, and which ones have to stay at the hospital. Human tragedies and the questions of life and death becomes part of his everyday routine, and they are starting to lose their significance. (Umeå European Film Festival)
