High school student Nene Yashiro (voice of Akari Kito) decides to investigate the rumours that persist about the spirit said to haunt the toilets of Kamome Academy known as Hanako-kun (Megumi Ogata). However, when she successfully summons the spirit to the world she finds her expectations are somewhat challenged.
