A film that brings us closer to the behind-the-camera work of one of the most significant figures of Spanish cinema, both for his career (spanning more than five decades and contributing a highly personal glance at the social and political life of all those years) and for the wide range of topics that he has addressed in his films: nearly 20 titles, to which we must add his work for Spain’s public broadcaster TVE, where he reflected his character, obsessions and personality, his unique take on life and his understanding of cinema.
