11 Colors of a Bird

The documentary offers a unique peek behind the curtains of the preparation and shooting of Václav Marhoul’s Painted Bird, a film that scored at festivals worldwide. The director talks about the circumstances around the birth of the film itself. We follow the one-and-a-half year long shooting to the last clapper. The (non)actor Petr Kotlár and famous personalities of the world cinema also speak about the film. And the viewer thus becomes another member of the film crew. (Finále Plzeň)
