English Films based on Danielle Steel’s novels are said to be more successful than the novels themselves. That's hard to understand. Anyway, this film is a specialty describing an "ordinary life situation" in which two divorced families come together, and after settling their differences between an infinite number of children, their happiness is sealed by the conception of a new offspring. One of the children is Renée O'Connor, an actress who to this day is building on her only career success when she was Xena’s underling. ()
