The plot has something to do with a severe nuclear meltdown in the middle of Kansas, which kills thousands and is promptly covered up, literally, by the government. Soon, a new town is built on top of the one that was destroyed and its new residents soon find out that nuclear radiation + people = hordes of flesh eating zombies. (official distributor synopsis)
