Sisters Carla and Rachel go to the mountains with Carla's husband Mark (Billy Burke) for vacation. While being photographed by Mark, Rachel leans against a fence and it breaks. Carla runs to help her sister, but she loses her grip and Rachel falls to her death. Haunted by Rachel's memory, Carla's terror of heights becomes so extreme she must seek help. When the other participants in her Acrophobic group begin dying one by one, Carla realizes that she's battling a killer as well as herself. (Echo Bridge Entertainment)
