Sexy Sisters (1976)

English A classic boring Jesus Franco film, attempting to have some semblance of a plot, but ultimately ending up as a series of loosely erotic scenes where the actresses often seem rather awkward, with these scenes connected only by some ordinary filler. At least the ladies are somewhat enjoyable to look at.

Station West (1948)

English A simple, but not outright bad, western investigation where a man arrives incognito in a town to find out about a crime. He tries to establish relationships, but at first, they are rather negative. But the main character is appropriately dry and sometimes quite tough, which viewers may appreciate.

Split Second (1953)

English A film noir with an atomic bomb twist, which nonetheless remains quite intimate, but in the end, it suits it rather well. With only a few characters to focus on, you realize that the film is based on the characters and some of the scenes with them are not badly written at all. The finale was also nice in terms of the trick used. It's not a unique noir film, but it's good.

Rising Fear (2016)

English It almost looks like it could be a somewhat clever thriller, although a bit cheaper. Terrorist attacks are quite topical and I like the fact that this is not necessarily an effort by terrorists of Arab origin, although they are eventually implicated as well. However, the film rather turns into an action ride, somewhat soulless, where the message gets lost.

Student Services (2010) (TV movie)

English This film has a great idea. It's about a girl who decides in college that it's actually kind of cool to make money by getting paid by older gentlemen. I don't know why, considering how they're acting, but apparently, some people are satisfied with very little. Unfortunately, the film doesn't bring anything really interesting or unexpected in this topic.

Sexual Chronicles of a French Family (2012)

English Such a nice current perversion from France, where we see quite a lot, although not as much as expected, at least from the first glance, but it lacks something that would make it more cohesive, that would have some storytelling ability, which the movie evidently tried to achieve, because it didn't want to be just pornography.

Fanny Hill (1983)

English A slightly erotic historical drama that ultimately turns out to be a bit more playful than it initially appears. Oliver Reed is more symbolic here than a significant character because this is primarily about the women who bare themselves in this film. And it must be said that these women are mostly beautiful, providing plenty to look at. Except for the costumes, not much else.

Pay the Ghost (2015)

English Pay the Ghost is one of those films that may not thrill, but it also doesn't offend. I'm happy to see Nicolas Cage in something with potential here and there. And I think this film had it, it just didn't fully utilize it and rather played on the fact that the creators know the audience and don't want to give it anything extra. Maybe they can't. Certainty is certainty and I'm quite happy with that. It didn't disappoint.

Lost Cat Corona (2017)

English The search for this cat tries to be a bit humorous, a bit absurd, but it doesn't quite succeed. It's sometimes quite tiresome, and I was hoping they would finally find the cat. There are elements here that have potential, but in the end, they seem to be lost, and the film isn't grittier, which would suit it.

Still Punching the Clown (2016)

English Being a stand-up comedian isn't a joke, but as it turns out, even a movie about what it's like to be a comedian doesn't necessarily have to be very funny. The main character is a kind of tired man who wants to entertain people, but too many coincidences and absurd situations come his way. The humor isn't laugh-out-loud funny, at times it's lackluster, but here and there, it manages to work.
