Frank takes a break and this time his political antics and masterful verbal twists go into the background. He experiences a strange reminiscence and a weird gay tension incident. It's hard to say whether this episode was entirely necessary and crucial, but in any case the vivacious Mr. Russo amply fills in for him as he gets his due in Redneck.
