Staff Hangover (S04E02)

As morning assembly begins in the auditorium, the Xavier staff members start their day in visibly rough shape. Last night’s staff party at Barrel’s went late, and the series of events that took place are slowly revealed. After striking out while attempting to pick up an attractive woman, and losing her to Jimmy no less, Gerry finds himself sitting alone and unhappy at the bar. His night seems to have miraculously turned around though as he is chatted up by Emma. Things seem promising, but as her intentions become clear Gerry becomes very uncomfortable and makes an awkward exit. As the night goes on, things get more and more wild. Lisa is tired of people thinking she’s no fun, and is determined to change everybody’s mind, while Dwyer disappears after too many energy drinks. As the staff suffers through these painful memories in the auditorium, Emma is presented as the school’s new librarian. This is going to be awkward for Gerry. (CBC Television)
