I can't shake the feeling that after a great, fast-paced opening episode, the story gradually loses momentum. I have the impression that the creators are somewhat stuck with the prison rebellion and are currently struggling to find a meaningful solution. The third part was not bad, but some plotlines felt rather uninteresting to me.
