When Willy Vanderbrook applies for a job in a Parisian luxury hotel but is rejected because of his Belgian origins, he teams up with a disillusioned waiter and an unhinged Walloon separatist to exact revenge on the elitist hotel management. Recently paroled, sexy young con artist Céline is on the lookout for her next job. She thinks she's found her victim in a Belgian Crown prince and his entourage, partying for free at a 5-star hotel in Paris. But Willy is just a guy, who got turned down for a job in this hotel... because he's Belgian and French simply don't take the Belgians seriously! So he and his two friends are getting their revenge.
