Vikings - The Reckoning (2017) (episode)

English That was a slap again. And I was looking forward to the brickworks so much... The battle, towards which everything was clearly heading, was a strangely dull affair, and the most interesting thing about it was the speed and endurance of the Vikings. I have no idea why Bjorn fought a bear in the third episode when he could have ruthlessly attacked it. The strongest moment was definitely provided by Ivar, I was disappointed by Egbert's ending, and I didn't understand Heahmund.

Vikings - On the Eve (2017) (episode)

English After some time, Lagertha got more space again, which pleased me, as her fan, a lot. At the same time, the scene with Egil's interrogation could serve as a theme for summer grilling :-) The hide-and-seek game at the end was entertaining, and it's clear what awaits the viewer in the final episode. I'm looking forward to it.

Vikings - Revenge (2017) (episode)

English The plot of the eighteenth episode was sufficiently interesting for me to be ready to give it five stars, but then came a deceitful blow from the creators and, like many other users, I deducted points from my rating because I was shamelessly cheated out of a battle. The execution of the king did slightly improve my mood, but still...

Vikings - The Great Army (2017) (episode)

English With each episode, I am increasingly surprised. The events in Kattegat were mostly boring in the fourth season, but now it is once again becoming the center of the most interesting events. Ivar is slowly but surely becoming an extremely interesting character, and I assume that he will be the focus of the next episodes.

Vikings - Crossings (2017) (episode)

English I really don't understand why, if the creators are capable of creating episodes of such high quality within the fourth season, they hid it so perfectly. The last three episodes were very decent and I can't wrap my head around how it's possible that a part of the series was so uninteresting and even boring. I hope that the series will continue with the same level of quality.

Vikings - All His Angels (2016) (episode)

English I didn't even expect that I would be able to direct two episodes in a row in the fourth season, but it happened. Besides the most important event, there were also interesting dialogues and preparations for the final grand plan from Ragnar's side. So yes, this episode was worth it.

Vikings - In the Uncertain Hour Before the Morning (2016) (episode)

English Lagertha and the events in Kattegat quickly earned four stars from me, and I definitively had to add the fifth one for the great dialogue between Ragnar and Egbert. The King of Wessex has been among my favorite characters for a long time, I've missed his intrigues.

Vikings - Two Journeys (2016) (episode)

English After all, I could add the fourth star again, surprisingly both expeditions did not contribute to it, especially Ragnar's felt like some mockery, all the positives this time went behind the events in Kattegat and Hedeby, where something interesting finally began to happen.

Vikings - The Vision (2016) (episode)

English And it's here again. What was it about? Except for Bjorn and consortes sailing to Normandy and possibly further, and Ragnar and Ivar going to England, the story was terribly empty. It is clear that a double number of episodes per season is too much for the creators, instead of a quality story, we get some filler just to have something filmed.

Vikings - The Outsider (2016) (episode)

English No, I thought about what the eleventh episode was actually about for quite a while. I would say that it was largely about nothing, only relationships were being resolved like in any other series, so I was only interested in the dark prophecy and unexpectedly also the character of Ivar, who seemed the most interesting to me out of everyone involved this time.
